Brad Berzins, SIOR



Prior to founding NAI THOR Commercial Group in 2020, Berzins worked as a prominent Industrial Leasing Broker and Investment Sales Broker in the Mid-Atlantic for the past 20 years at NAI KLNB. An SIOR with a unique track record that includes expertise and core experience in both Industrial / Flex Leasing while also spearheading the growth of NAI KLNB’s Investment Sales Division, he completed transactions valued at more than $1 billion during his career. In addition to his brokerage responsibilities, he served on the KLNB Executive Committee and was instrumental in the firm becoming the largest and most profitable independently-owned brokerage company in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Berzins has been an advisor to clients in the acquisition of over one million square feet of space in Southwest Florida.

Along with focusing on the day-to-day growth of NAI THOR Commercial Group, Berzins primary charge is building and creating two first in class divisions for the company: The Investment Sales Division serving all sectors along with the Industrial / Flex Leasing division that will focus on Landlord and Tenant Representation.

Highly regarded by his clients and peers, Berzins has represented Institutional, Mid-Market, and Regional owners, buyers, and tenants throughout his career, and that practice will continue with NAI THOR Commercial Group. He will continue to service the real estate needs of clients in the Mid-Atlantic through the firm’s Maryland office.

Berzins, his wife, and three children live in Sarasota and enjoy an outdoor lifestyle of golf, fishing, and cheering on and coaching their children on the lacrosse field.

He is a 1996 graduate of Johns Hopkins University where he played on the men’s lacrosse team.  He obtained his MBA from Johns Hopkins in 2006.

Andrew Georgelakos, SIOR

Principal | Fort Myers Office


Prior to co-founding NAI THOR Commercial Group in 2020, Georgelakos served as President and Managing Partner of NAI KLNB, the largest and most successful privately-held commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Mid-Atlantic region for 17 years. His association with the company extended more than 30 years and while functioning as President, Georgelakos was responsible for the oversight of all real estate brokerage, asset management, and financial services operations. In his last two years at NAI KLNB, Georgelakos led the company to its most successful years in its history with more than $1.5 billion in transactional volume on the strength of more than 1000 transactions.

Under his leadership, KLNB ventured into the emerging Northern Virginia marketplace to open a new office location in the late 1990s, making it the first Baltimore-area commercial brokerage firm to enter this area. This decision significantly changed the arc of the company and stimulated tremendous growth, which was followed by the opening of an additional office in Washington, D.C.

Georgelakos has been an advisor to clients in the acquisition of over one million square feet of space in Southwest Florida.

Georgelakos will leverage his extensive real estate relationships, both in the Florida region and also nationally, to identify and secure new sales and leasing assignments for NAI THOR Commercial Group. His role will also involve the identification and recruitment of new brokerage talent.

Over the course of his 35-year commercial real estate career, Georgelakos has received numerous recognitions for outstanding service from his peers in the industry. He was awarded the “Transaction of the Year” by the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors” by Corridor Real Estate Journal, and “Transaction of the Year Award” by the Washington Business Journal for the sale of the WorldCom Headquarters complex in Northern Virginia.

He will maintain his relationships in the Mid-Atlantic, and continue to provide real estate solutions to companies and investors, from the firm’s Maryland office.

Georgelakos and his wife live in Fort Myers and enjoy travel and giving back to the community. He earned his BS at the University of Maryland and his JD from the University of Baltimore.

Kevin M. Fitzgerald, CSE

Fort Myers & Naples Office


Fitzgerald has more than 35 years of diversified commercial real estate experience and is recognized for his expertise in corporate services and strategic planning, as well as his proficiency as a portfolio advisor and implementation service provider. He has a successful track record of achieving business growth, the development of cohesive and high-performing teams, and exceeding sales goals.

In his role with NAI THOR Commercial Group, Fitzgerald will continue his practice in the Southwest Florida marketplace and assist with the growth of NAI THOR Commercial Group within those markets. His responsibilities will include forming and strengthening relationships in the brokerage community and seeking corporate services, landlord, seller, tenant, and buyer representation assignments for the firm.

Over the course of his professional career, Fitzgerald has represented Amoco, BP, HNI Corp., and Midas International. For Amoco, he managed the activities of more than 70 brokers in 33 states for 10 years. While serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Services at NAI Ruhl Commercial Company in Iowa, he completed near $1 billion in sales worldwide. Fitzgerald is a five-time winner of the NAI Associate of the Year award and has garnered the International Networking and Chairman’s Award on six separate occasions. He is also the Past Chairman of the NAI Global Leadership Board of Directors.

Brandy McAdams

Principal |Retail Lead-Tampa Office


McAdams joins NAI THOR Commercial Group as a Principal and brings more than 10 years of retail experience in commercial real estate.

Highly respected by her peers and clients, she is a creative and astute business person and negotiator who specializes in providing first in class tenant representation and owner representation for retail transactions involving shopping centers, ground-up development, pad sites, and land.

After working for a variety of other brokerage firms, McAdams founded a full-service company in 2014 with the goal of filling a void in the marketplace. She quickly built a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm that catered to entrepreneurs and established businesses that offered an extremely high level of service that was responsive and customer-focused.

With extensive knowledge of central and southern Florida, McAdams excels at helping businesses find the perfect locations and properties that make sense for their brand. Whether a concept is entering Florida or requiring expansion in established markets, she is highly skilled at securing locations that meet the exacting needs of companies.

A Tampa Bay Woman of the Year finalist for the Westchase Charitable Foundation, McAdams works with several Tampa Bay area non-profits that help children and families as well as raising funds for children with special needs. Her family time is spent with her husband, children, and her two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys supporting the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Fox has more than five years of commercial real estate experience since earning his degree in marketing from the University of South Florida. His prior involvement in the restaurant industry helped shape his desire to provide customers with a superior experience, focusing on solutions tailored to a client’s individual needs. Using his strong marketing and analytical background, Fox excels at providing clients with the necessary information to make informed decisions for their specific brands as they look to expand their market presence.

Karen Samas

Administrative Assistant


Samas joins NAI THOR Commercial Group as the company’s Administrative Assistant”. She oversees the administrative aspects of the office with care and diligence; always maintaining a pro-active and can-do approach.

Samas recently moved to Tampa, Florida from Toledo, Ohio where she worked for NAI Harmon Group for the past three years. The experience taught her a great deal about the commercial real estate industry, and she brings that experience and knowledge to NAI THOR Commercial Group. She has experience in customer service, office systems, allocating resources, and marketing.
